تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ٢
The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists) in which there is not doubt!

- The revelation of the Book
- لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ
- there is no doubt in it
- مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
- from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ ۚ بَلْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّا أَتَاهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ ٣
Or say they: "He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it?" Nay, it is the truth from your Lord, that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you (O Muhammad SAW), in order that they may be guided.
- أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ ۚ
- Or say they: 'He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it?'
- بَلْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ
- Nay, it is the truth from your Lord,
- لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّا أَتَاهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ
- that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you (O Muhammad SAW),
- لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
- in order that they may be guided.
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۖ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ ۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ ٤
Allah it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them in six Days. Then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper etc.) or an intercessor. Will you not then remember (or be admonished)?
- اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا
- Allah it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them
- فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ
- in six Days.
- ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۖ
- Then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).
- مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ ۚ

- أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ
- Will you not then remember (or be admonished)?
يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ ٥
He arranges (every) affair from the heavens to the earth, then it (affair) will go up to Him, in one Day, the space whereof is a thousand years of your reckoning (i.e. reckoning of our present world's time).
- يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ
- He arranges (every) affair
- مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ
- from the heavens to the earth
- ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ
- then it (affair) will go up to Him
- فِي يَوْمٍ
- in one Day
- كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
- the space whereof is a thousand years
- مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
- of your reckoning (i.e. reckoning of our present world's time)
ذَٰلِكَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ ٦
That is He, the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
- ذَٰلِكَ
- That is He,
- عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ
- the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen,
- الْعَزِيزُ
- the All-Mighty,
- الرَّحِيمُ
- the Most Merciful.
الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ ۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ ٧
Who made everything He has created good, and He began the creation of man from clay.
- الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ ۖ
- Who made everything He has created good
- وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ
- and He began the creation of man from clay
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن مَّاءٍ مَّهِينٍ ٨
Then He made his offspring from semen of worthless water (male and female sexual discharge).
- ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ
- Then He made his offspring
- مِن سُلَالَةٍ
- from semen
- مِّن مَّاءٍ مَّهِينٍ
- of worthless water (male and female sexual discharge)
ثُمَّ سَوَّاهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِ ۖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ٩
Then He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him the soul (created by Allah for that person), and He gave you hearing (ears), sight (eyes) and hearts. Little is the thanks you give!
- ثُمَّ سَوَّاهُ
- Then He fashioned him in due proportion,
- وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِ ۖ
- and breathed into him the soul (created by Allah for that person),
- وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ
- and He gave you hearing (ears),
- وَالْأَبْصَارَ
- sight (eyes),
- وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۚ
- and hearts.
- قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ
- Little is the thanks you give!
